Job Description
A baby caregiver is someone who takes care of infants and toddlers between 6 months to 2 years, in the presence/absence of parents or other family members. He or she takes care of the basic needs of infants and toddlers, by taking care of their meals, play and nap time. Caregivers also provide care for the physical, emotional, developmental and social well-being of babies.

Personal Attributes
Baby caregivers must have a warm and friendly personality and should be able to interact well with babies. They must have a reservoir of patience, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. They should be extremely alert, observant, be able to respond promptly and in a timely.

Eligibility criteria
  • SSC participants (pass or fail)
  • No full-time employment
